Affiliate Terms The Tagadab Ltd ("Tagadab" or "Company" or "we") affiliate program (the "Affiliate Program") is designed to help you generate income in exchange for referring new hosting clients ( the "Customer") to Tagadab. These Affiliate Program Terms (the "Affiliate Agreement") are a contract between Tagadab and you (the "Affiliate" or "you"), and it governs the terms and conditions of your participation in the Affiliate Program. BY REGISTERING AS AN AFFILIATE YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM.
As a Tagadab affiliate, You earn a referral commission when a new customer you refer to Tagadab makes a payment for any of our web hosting services. For a referral to qualify, the following criteria must be met:
- The customer must click an active Tagadab affiliate link.
- The customer must make a purchase within (180) days of clicking affiliate link.
- The customer must be a new and unique customer to Tagadab.
- The customer must have active hosting services for 90 days and have made up to date payments.
Referred customers who click on multiple referral links before making a purchase will be accredited to the first affiliate's account.
Commission cannot be earned on referrals during a free or discounted trial offer. The qualifying 90 days of active use begins after the trial period, initiated by the customer's first payment.
Commission will not be paid in the event the customer receives a refund, account suspension.
Commission will be accrued on a daily basis, based on the customer's usage and made available for withdrawal after the customer's 90th day of active usage.
Tagadab affiliate commission will be accrued based on our Standard Commission structure shown below:
- 50% of customer spend in the 1st month - released after 90th active day.
- 10% of customer spend in the 2nd month - released after 90th active day.
- 10% of customer spend in the 3rd month - released after 90th active day.
- 10% of customer spend in the 4th month - released daily.
- 10% of customer spend in the 5th month - released daily.
- 10% of customer spend in the 6th month - released daily.
Daily commission earning will cease during periods of service inactivity by the customer.
Affiliate accounts must be active at the time of referral. Referrals made before joining our affiliate program do not qualify.
Commission accrued can only be withdrawn when it reaches a minimum threshold of £10.
It is the sole responsibility of the affiliate to provide and update all account information including postal and email addresses, payment information, name, company name and all other information required to facilitate payment.
It is the sole responsibility of the affiliate to ensure the method of payment provided, can efficiently receive payments from a U.K based company.
Affiliates are responsible for all taxes, surcharges, fees, exchange rates and any other expenses incurred in order to receive affiliate commission.
In the event of credit card fraud or chargebacks by a referred customer, Tagadab reserve the right to hold and deduct commission accrued from that transaction at any time.
Affiliates are prohibited from page redirection and domain forwarding. Purchasing of a domain or setting up a page , then setting it to forward directly to a Tagadab website via an affiliate link is not permitted.
Affiliates are prohibited from copying or using any part of Tagadab's website content, trademark or intellectual property without Tagadab's written consent being obtained in advance. The use of Tagadab provided banners is permitted, when used in the original state provided ( including the addition of a Tagadab discount code), all other amendments must be approved by Tagadab before use.
Commissions affected by upgrades or downgrades of services purchased by referrals will be adjusted accordingly.
Affiliates are prohibited from of offering rewards, cash back or other unapproved incentives to drive sales/ traffic via a Tagadab affiliate link.
Tagadab affiliates are prohibited from generating traffic using the following methods pay to click, read, banner exchanges, pay to read, click exchanges, SPAM, CPV advertising, pop-up/under, purchased traffic or any similar practices.
Affiliates are prohibited from using cookie stuffing techniques. Referrals must click on click on Tagadab affiliate link.
Affiliates are prohibited from using Tagadab's trademark, trademark in conjunction other words or mispelled variations of trademark for pay per click marketing on any internet search engine (e.g Google, Yahoo).
Affiliates are prohibited from using Tagadab's trademark, trademark in conjunction other words or mispelled variations of trademark for any domain names.
It is the sole responsibility of the affiliate to ensure their Tagadab link/tracking code is correct, tested and in working order. Tagadab reserves the right not to pay commission on referrals with tracking errors cause masking, editing, redirecting or tampering with affliliate links.
Affiliates are prohibited from using marketing techniques that attract short term or fraudulent users, such as the use of business opportunity/ "make money online" sites.
Tagadab reserve the right change any of the terms and conditions in this Affiliate Agreement. Changes may be made in whole or in part, at any time at Tagadab's discretion. Changes will take effect once posted on Tagadab's main or affiliate website and will apply to all referral fees not yet accrued. Affiliates will be notified via email of any significant changes to this Affiliate Agreement. Unless otherwise stated, your continued participation in the Affiliate Program following any changes to our terms and conditions will constitute your acceptance of all changes. In the event that you disagree with any such changes, deactivation of your affiliate account is our recommended course of action.
